FORMER HEAD OF FDA DEPOSED IN MORNING-AFTER PILL CASE
Mark McClellan, former commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, testified on June 13, in a court-ordered deposition about the FDA's continued failure to make the emergency contraceptive Plan B available without a prescription.
