VICTORY IN KANSAS "KISS AND TELL" CASE

FREEDOM OF CHOICE ACT INTRODUCED
The Center is pleased to report that there are still beacons of hope. On April 7, Senator Barbara Boxer and Representative Jerrold Nadler introduced the Freedom of Choice Act, legislation that is vital to protecting a woman's right to choose.

WISCONSIN SEEKS TO JOIN FIGHT AGAINST FDA
The state of Wisconsin is looking to join the Center's battle against the FDA for its failure to make Plan B, commonly known as the "morning-after pill," available without a prescription. Click here to learn more > >
