At the Center for Reproductive Rights, we are committed to recruiting, developing, and retaining a diverse global workforce. Ensuring that our organization is diverse, equitable, and inclusive is critical to fulfilling our mission.

As part of our commitment to driving progress towards these goals, we are releasing 2020 data on the racial and ethnic diversity of our workforce. Each year in December, we will publish updates to this report.
