The Role:  

Our Sourcing Associate will work closely with the HR team and will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.  

We are looking for a curious and innovative Sourcing Associate to partner with our recruiting team to attract and convert potential candidates for positions at all levels within the organization. This person will partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to build passive and active candidate pipelines and research prospective candidates.

  • Proactively source candidates through a variety of search methods to continually build and maintain a talent pool for positions at all levels 
  • Source passive candidates through networking and creative research 
  • Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, career fairs and employee referrals 
  • Develop creative methodologies for sourcing a diverse group of high-quality candidates 
  • Identify effective job advertisement avenues and manage postings 
  • Screen candidates for experience and compatibility through resume reviews, skills assessments, and remote/ in-person interviews 
  • Build and monitor candidate pipeline metrics 
  • Assist in developing a best practices environment for conducting research and investigating new sourcing methods to create innovative search strategies  
  • Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report 
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all guidelines 


  • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in Human Resources/ Recruiting/ Sourcing   
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft 365 and Greenhouse ATS 
  • Bachelor's degree required  
  • Strong commitment to the Center's mission, purpose, and values

Compensation:  Please note this is a this is a one-year benefits eligible fixed-term appointment with the potential to extend for two years.  The Center offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits program.
