Paul Rudy worked for TCN as an onsite tech consultant at the Center from 1998 to 2005.  In 2005, TCN changed its focus away from providing technical support and Paul was hired full time by the Center as the Network Administrator. Paul earned a BA in Computer Science from Queens College in 1994. Before his work at the Center, he was a Help Desk Technician at UNOPS for four years
